iphone stuck on apple logo

i just updated my iphone 3gs to 6.1 a few days later i noticed the wsod so i have my screen replaced. after that was fixed now my phone wont load past the apple logo. ive tried everything know possible with no avail ive did hard reset, tried restoring everything still no luck!! how can i fix this??
