I just recently updated my ios 6.0.1 to 6.1, after successful update my iPAD4 do not charge anymore. It displays Not Charging in batterry. Is this a bug for ipad4?

Connect to iTune and do a restore.

I had the same problem but the iTunes on my computer doesn't recognize iPad. I.m so frustrated, I just bought the new mini ipad and I have to be faced with this f. Trouble
