Q: Whenever i try to buy an app from the app store it gives me msg Contact iTunes store support to complete transaction. Please help

Can anyone provide me with solutin for following problem.

I get a msg when i try to buy anyting from apps store or itunes,

"Contact iTunes Store Support to complete transaction"

Please help.
