Q: pages, keynotes and numbers won't update

Hi All,

I'm hoping somebody can help. I purchased a macbook air in september 2012 with pages, numbers and keynotes preinstalled. I received a notification of an update to them all but i cannot install the update. When I click on the update it asks me to log into the itues store which I do then it informs me that I do not own the major version of this software and that error 100 has occured. I have also tried going through the app store to no avail. Can anybody help me solve this problem please?

First, see > http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4236

Then, if it doesn't work, see if you have hidden Pages, Numbers and Keynote. To unhide them > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4928

thanks but my disk volume, doesn't show as the 1st fix suggests and on the second I don't appear to have a tab hidden purchases??

I have noted however that pages, keynotes and numbers do not appear on my purchases

anymore ideas?

The problem is that Pages, Numbers and Keynote don't appear as purchased with your Apple ID, so I'm sure that they are hidden.

First, open App Store and go to Featured tab. Then, select "Account" (under Quick Links" and look under "iTunes in the Cloud", where you should see a button called "View hidden purchases". Press it and unhide those applications

Itunes and the cloud doesn't come up as an option? Is this hidden too?

I don't know wat your other link means - do you mean phone them?
