Recently, i take my iPhone to store repairing my iPhone.

Therefore, i make a backup and set a password.

After several weeks, i took back my iPhone.

When i want to put back the infomation into my phone,

i find that i had forgotten my password.

What can i do?

The files are very important for me.

Can anybody help?

Sorry, but there is no way to bypass or recover a backup password. If you cannot remember it, you cannot use that backup.

If on a Mac, and you elected to save such to your Keychain, you can recover it from your Keychain. Otherwise, you can't.

If you can't remember it, you'll have to delete your existing backups & restore the phone as a new device. Your data will be unrecoverable.
