iMessage works on iPad & Mac but not iPhone

I have an iPhone updated to iOS 6.1, a Mac Mini running 10.8.2 and a first generation iPad running 5.1.1. All three devices are set to send and receive messages from my Apple ID. My iphone has stopped receiving the messages I send & receive from the Mini or the iPad. I've deleted the iMessage info on all 3 devices and reentered it but the issue continues. This seems to have started after the 6.1 update 😟.
