My phone droppoed into water, its not working now,I bought in Turkey and I m living here, what can I do? I know also that apple is changing for 149 $ but I am living in Turkey / Istanbul. Could you give me some solutions please?

I tried this. Also not helped. I just want to change my phone to new one and I know apple has that kind of service, but in USA only. I wonder is there any service in my country also like in USA?

There is all answers are same. Contact your carrier, but in our country carrier is not helping such a problem. Its not apple technical service, its just Gsm service and its not helping in our country. There is no solution for technical support.
You bring it to the Apple store for an Out of Warranty replacement for a fee.

I just want to know where is the original Apple store in Istanbul? There is also no information about this. That website is not useful for other countries.

Going to the US won't help you. However, since you purchased your phone in the EU, your phone has an EU wide warranty. Go to the nearest EU country that has an Apple store.
