Q: why does it keep saying accessing itune and wont log in

I have downloaded itunes to my laptop, it wont let me log on to the itunes, it just keeps saying accessing itunes store, i dont no how to fix this as i need to be able to plug my iphone 5 into this to start it, i have tried en abling and dis abling then restarting the laptop but nothing is working.

any ideas?

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
