that's ok Your problem can have multiple causes. Try those solutions
Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone begins to restart, usually takes about 10 seconds of holding both buttons. If still problem, Restore iPhone, connect iPhone to computer with last iTunes open, hold both Home and Power buttons for about 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. Click Restore button of iTunes. If still problem perform DFU Mode Restore of iPhone.

Yeah,nothing works and no i don't have the iphone jailbreaked i like just the way he is.I dont; know what to do i'm desessperate and when i restore my iphone apears a error 😟
