Having a problem with listeningto voicemail when in "My services" with time warner. I can listen to voicemail from my macbook pro but sometimes it launches to Itunes and not wav file. Time Warner said not allowed to help do to liability.

When trying to listen to old messages stored with Time Warner and on my macbook pro sometimes when I click play i am taken directly to Itunes and a download box also appears on my screen. Then when I click delete, I am then taken to a series I purchased on itunes with my voicemails hidden halfway underneath movie playing. I force quit i tunes and back to my emails. Then some will play right on the browser and no problem. Time warner said do to liability they can not help with this situation. Said to tell Apple that Itunes is being launched instead of wav file and they need to tell me how to change default. If I go into Safari, and click Preferences, and click onto General it only shows safari as default and no option to change. Safari is working fine otherwise but when I listen to voicemail in my services it sometimes goes to Itunes and I need to fix that.
