How do you cancel service on a subscription to a magazine?

Thanks so much for this. However, they charged me on 2/16 for a new edition (2/18) and now won't let me download that last issue. When I hit the "Help" button on my receipt but it goes to a page saying " too many redirects" so I can't report a problem. What can I do?
