hi, I'm trying star up my itunes software in my computer HP with windows vista but i have the follow problem when I make a diagnostic "secure link to itunes store failed", is there something that I can do?

Is iTunes endlessly saying "Accessing iTunes Store"? Or is something a bit different going on?
right, it try connect to itunes store and stay there for a long time, never connect.
