Q: Itunes software problems

hi, I'm trying star up my itunes software in my computer HP with windows vista but i have the follow problem when I make a diagnostic "secure link to itunes store failed", is there something that I can do?

iPod classic, Windows Vista, HP pavilion dv6000

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

Is iTunes endlessly saying "Accessing iTunes Store"? Or is something a bit different going on?

right, it try connect to itunes store and stay there for a long time, never connect.

Thank you for your support, In mexico Telmex is the main telephone company and it offer a anti-virus free (PC-tools) thes software has conflict with Itunes software with your link i could solved the problem.
