There is no Adobe Flash for the iPad.

Maybe one of there may work for you.

Apps that can display some Flash from the Web:

• Puffin
• SkyFire
• Photon Flash
• Browse2Go
• iSwifter

Adobe has not made a version of Flash for the iPad.
