i cant get everything synced from my old phone
I have just upgraded from an iphone 4 to 5 and i have done as the instructions said to transfer everything and it isnt working at all, can you help

I have the same problem. We upgraded from the iphone 4 to the iphone 5 today. We were able to get all of the apps to sync on to the new phone, but none of the data for the apps.
Did you restore to the backup of your iPhone 4? The app data is part of the backup; syncing with iTunes won't recover the app data.
That's exactly what we did, and all of the apps are on the phone, but none of the data. It's like we are opening the apps again for the first time.
Try creating a new backup of your old phone, then restore to that. App data should definitely be included in the backup.
