Q: error messge: "an error has occurred copying skyfall from the dvd to your computer. you do not have enough access priveleges for this opration.  What  is the solution to resolve this error?

Getting this error message everytime I try and downoad a digital copy to my  computer.  "An error occurred while copyig  Skyfall from the dvd to your computer.  You don not have enough access privileges for this operation."   Need a solution to this problem..  Thanks...
