Q: We've been having problems with our itunes for almost a year. We updated last year and now we can't connect to the itunes store. I ran a diagnostic and it says a secure link to itunes store failed. we have windows 7. does anyone know how to fix this?

Is iTunes endlessly saying "Accessing iTunes Store"? Or is something a bit different going on?

You are right. It says accessing iTunes store endlessly. Our internet is working fine so I'm not sure how to fix this.

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
