Will a new SSD Drive improve my battery life?

My battery life is too short. There are of course some tweaks I can do that will improve that a little. My questions are:

1) is I would up grade to a SSD drive how much effect will it have on the battery life

2) is there a battery for my MacBook Pro (2012) that would improve run time.

3) any guess what it might to make these upgrades

Thanks,

Bob Hahn

1) I didn't notice any difference in battery life when upgrading from an HDD to an SSD.

2) The batteries that Apple makes are the most reliable (third party batteries are generally junk).

3)Not sure what you mean exactly. It seems your mac is pretty new and you shouldn't be having battery problems already. If it is less than one year old, it is still under warranty.
