I can no longer log in to my iMac. I keep getting the error msg you need to restart your computer. I keep turning it off and on and I keep getting that error msg and on the left side is black with numbers and letters in white.

How do I do that? The only thin I can do is take a picture of it and my iPhone doesn't allow you to paste text or pictures on websites. Ugh
