I have no idea what my pass code is
I updated my Apple TV, it has put restrictions on it and I do not know how to correct it

It's probably asking for your router's WEP/WPA.

There are a number of areas where you can be asked to enter passwords or other details as well as various restrictions that cn be set up, can you supply more details about what it is you are experiencing.
