I'm trying to solve an issue w/ my wife's MacBook Pro.It starts up correctly after entering the password.The Homescreen appears correct except:Spinning Wheel just sits and spins and oddlyThe Spinning Wheel changes to cursor only when mousing over the very center of the screen.Thoughts?

Spinning Wheel after Startup

I'm trying to solve an issue w/ my wife's MacBook Pro.

It starts up correctly after entering the password.
The Homescreen appears correct except:
Spinning Wheel just sits and spins and oddly
The Spinning Wheel changes to cursor only when mousing over the very center of the screen.

Thoughts?
