Code 43, Windows will not recognize my IPhone 4s, please help.

I plug my Iphone 4s into my computer and I keep getting this message saying USB Device Not Recognized. I checked my Device Manager to see that Windows keep stopping my computer from recognizing my phone. In device manager it is seen as "unknown device". I tried disabling, uninstalling enabling, and reinstalling my usb ports and devices. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my apple mobile device under services, I deleted Itunes and re installed it, I even tried the basic things like taking out the battery, shutting off my computer and restarted it, and nothing worked. Please help, I don't understand the problem.
