I would like to install windows 8 on my 3TB drive since the boot camp is not supported yet for 3 TB only supports upto to 2.2 TB when will be the update released

Apple is not here, just end-users like you. Anyone end-user who does has this knowlege would violating a non-disclosure agreent if he responded.
You best action at this point is to use the one path we have for getting info to Apple people working on technologies:
