calendar

I have an apple Ipad, Iphone 5 and use outlook on my computer (not apple) to share calendar with both but I notice that it either deletes information or doubles up information.

Outlook is not getting information from phone or ipad if it is updated in there. Ipad and iphone 5 dont exchange with each other (or I think)

Outlook exchanges with Ipad but delete & mess it up

what can I do?
