System Preferences > Other > Flash Player > Advanced > Updates


Click the "Check Now" button .


Quit Safari and System Preferences.


Follow the instructions.


Restart.

1. Check whether you are currently in YouTube HTML 5 trial.

At the bottom left of the page uncheck the box for


"You are currently in the HTML5 trial".


2. Reset Safari.


Click Safari in the menu bar.

From the drop down select "Reset Safari".

Uncheck the boxes next to all items.

Check the box next to "Remove all website data".

Click "Reset".


3. Turn off Extensions/Plug-ins if any that may interfere with Flash working properly.

Safari > Preferences > Extensions

hi dominic23, good day to you! thank you for helping me. but until now i still cant view videos in my laptop. i've tried many times already but its not working. Its still showing me the same blank site whenever i click the download now button. its not even showing me that the the adobe flash player is successfully downloaded. what the best way that I can resolve this. pls help me. thank you so much.
