I gave my Iphone 4s to my friend. I deleted all the data that was in it and then gave it to him. I just wanna know if he can backup the data from his computer even after I've deleted all of it from my phone?

How did you erase your phone? If: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings, or you restored the phone as a 'New" device, no, there is nothing for your friend to recover.
