There's no fixed time: as it requires human intervention it depends on how long a queue you've got into - and also some typeof podcast may take longer to assess than others. 2-3 weeks is not unusual, but it can be a good deal shorter if you're lucky.
When (hopefully) approved you will get an email telling you so and giving you the URL of your iTunes Store page.
