Wi-fi Connected, Not able to browse?

Hi,

I am facing a strange issue since i last updated my 4s to 6.1. I am able to connect to my wi-fi however i am unable to browse n safari or get my whats app to work.

The the internet is wokring fine on all my other devices. I have to restart my phone to get it work for a while. Again after a while it wont work.

I did reset network setting and added the wi-fi connection again. Worked fine for a bit then stopped wokrig.

Can someone help with a soltuions?

As its really annoying to restart the phone everytime for the wi-fi to work.
