I have apple iphone 5 and its locked from o2 UK, and o2 are saying me that Apple did'nt provide us the unlocking Tool 😟
Please apple help me out , i am your customer please give me the way that how can i unlock my iphone 5

Whoever you talked to at O2 either doesn't know what they're talking about or is deliberately giving you mis-information. Fact is, only O2 can authorize the official unlocking of your phone, & there is no "Tool". Typically, O2 will not authorize the unlocking of new phones until about 6 months after their introduction.
Regardless, only O2 can authorize the unlocking of your phone & you will have to deal with O2 to get it unlocked. Apple does not unlock iPhones.
But now 6 months are finished , iphone 5 launched before 6 or 7 months , i think O2 making me fool and they dont want to unlock my iphone 5, but outside in the market there are too many companies taking $100 and unlocking the iphone 5 ,
But i dont want to pay $100 😟
The decision to unlock your phone, officially, rests with O2. There is no other way to get your phone officially unlocked.
why O2 supports are saying me that still apple didn't give us the unlocking Codes or unlocking tools ???
