I have created my first podcast.
I have an rss feed for it http://youaremyarsenal.com/yamacast-2/feed/ it's been validated for feed validator but when I go to load it into itunes it says I have no episodes available
I have say - I am RSS illiterate so if I've missed a step I apologize
The feed contains no episodes, only the header part of a feed. You're making it in WordPress (a system which seems to cause more problems than almost anything else); it is possible to make a working feed in WordPress but obviously there is something else you need to do to get your episode into the feed - I'm afraid I can't advise on that.
Why does itunes say I have no episodes
