Some comments on using dscl when logged in as root

HT4749 says:

Additional Information

Note: When running dscl(1) from Single User mode, you'll see this message:

launchctl: Couldn't stat("/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.DirectoryServicesLocal.plist"): No such file or directory nothing found to load

This message can be safely ignored.

However, I also get this message when logging in as the root user. It also causes MacPorts to error out when invoked with the debug flag (

-d
) (See https://lists.macosforge.org/pipermail/macports-dev/2013-February/022050.html for more info). So it can't actually safely be ignored. Just thought I'd point this out for anyone else experiencing this same issue.
