Safari (or Keychain) not responding when logging in

Hi,

I have a very annoying problem since I updated from Lion to Mountain Lion. Whenever I log in to any site via Safari, it freezes for about 15 seconds and the beach ball occurs before it continues to actually log in.

I'm quite sure that the problem has something to do with Keychain.

I've already tried to repair permissions via Disk Utility and I also rebuilt my directory using DiskWarrior.

Does someone have similar issues and might even know how to fix it? Help is highly appreciated.
