I started using the sharing function of Photo Stream, so that my family and friends could keep up with new pictures that I had taken of my son, and other family activities.  And I had a thought in doing so.

I really wish I was able to assign privilages to the people that I am sharing my stream with so they too could add photos.  Instead of having to jump between individual streams, being able to creat an album with friends or family would be amazing.

I hope to see something like this in the next itteration of iOS.

It's a good idea, but not really new.  Many people have been asking for a photostream that more than one person could add photos to.

Create a new iCloud account and let others use the same account. Then all could add to the same Photo Stream and view it.  You can still have your own private iCloud account by logging out of the public account in the System/iCloud preference pane and logging back in in your private one.
