I need to get my information from my time capsule back on my computer. How do I do that?
Time capsule-OTHER, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
Navigate to the folder that contains the information you require, and select "Enter Time Machine" from the Time Machine icon in the menu bar. Find what you need, select it, and select Restore.
If you want to restore your entire system as it existed at some date in the past, boot OS X Recovery and select "Restore from Time Machine backup" from the OS X Utilities screen.
