Screen view won't go back to regular size

Restart your iPhone. Hold done the Home/Menu button and the Lock button at the same time ignore the red slider that will say "Turn off iPhone", keep holding them down until the Apple  appears.

Double-tap with three fingers - Settings > General > Accessibility > Zoom > Off

Note: Also check the Triple-click Home setting in the Accessibility menu
