I've been doing some research on the Ipod touch 4th geneeration i'm getting mine soon and i've noticed that many people have said something about iOS 6 I'm getting very frusterated because i've found nothing that answers my question... Please help! 😕

The fourth generation iPod Touch can run iOS 6. Was that your question?
The latest version of iOS is 6.1.2 (Feb 19th 2013) which is compatible with the iPod Touch 4th gen and later.
Connect your iPod to iTunes to download the update, or if you have iOS 5 you can go to Settings > General > Software Update on the iPod and download the update wirelessly.
