top row of keys also keys in a number. q=q1, w=w2, e=e3, r=r4, etc..

had this problem for a while, looked all over the internet but cant find any solutions!

Please note that when i press the numbers i have the same problem 1=q1, 2=w2, 3=e3, 4=r4, etc.

Recently my shift key is also having problems so when i am holding it i cant press any keys

Please help!!
