adobe reader says sing the license but i can't find were to sing?

It's not any were to be found i look every were!
Which Adobe Reader? X or XI? Where are you seeing this dialog box advocating for you to sign the license? I've had no issues downloading either.
Reader x1 not seeing the dialog box to sign in any were!
Then, where are you seeing anything that requires signing? Did you try downloading from http://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=JZEFU I just did and there wasn't anything dealing with signing.
