Q: Permissions repair failure (10.8.2)

Permissions repair failure: I am getting the following warning and want to know if it is one of the Disk Utility's Repair Disk Permissions messages that you can safely ignore. The warning: Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired.

Permissions differ on “usr/lib/ruby”; should be lrwxr-xr-x ; they are drwxr-xr-x .

It's actually not one of the ones on that list. Search "ruby" on that page and nothing comes up. I'm getting the same notification and haven't been able to find an explanation for it.
