You cannot update this software as you have not owned a major version of this software? This is what I get when I try to update my apps on itunes. What does this mean..I have been having trouble..and reached out but they seem to not understand the problem.. No one has been able to help..It is like I don't have my past history with them anymore? I don't have my past purchases either.
