iTunes Store: How to delete songs from iCloud without deleting them from iTunes library?

Hi,

Trying to delete songs from iCloud without deleting them from my local library stored on my iMac.

Your help on process to follow is appreciated

iMac (27-inch Mid 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.5)

All you can do is create an ineligable version then delete the original version from both iTunes and iTunes Match.

Thanks a lot for the tip. Btw how do you create an "ineligable version" in itunes of the song i want to delete?
