I have had the small black apple TV box for some time, and have never had any troubles. Recently after performing a requested update I began having trouble. Everything seems to be fine until I attempt to click on the blue movies link. Nothing happens.

I can see the movie in the quick link above, yet when I click on that or the movies link things start to act like they are going to load, then times out and defaults back to the same main menu page.


I have not changed any of my internet or modem settings. I have attempted to update credit card info, powered the unit off and on, changed the apple tv setting from high rez to standard def.


Not sure what to do next
