Should I have my iPod touch by fully charged or should I Leggetts battery drain

Okay so i got a new iPod touch five not too long ago so I was wondering should I keep my iPod touch five charged all the time or let it drain the battery every now and then or always I did It with my iPad 2 battery I was wondering if I should do the same with my iPod touch five thank you guys

It's a good idea to let the battery discharge to 20-30% now and then, but it definitely is not good to let its battery discharge below that. These batteries don't like to be deep cycled to where they are nearly or completely discharged.
