Your podcast has evidently been removed from the Store by the Store Staff. Possible reasons for removal include an inability to read the feed, sexual content when the 'explicit' tag is not set to 'yes' or in the episode titles however the 'explicit' tag is set, unacceptable content such as racism or illegal sexual content, or breach of copyhright (e.g. 'DJ mixes' of commercially issued CD tracks).
You could try emailing the Store on podcasts 'at' apple.com and asking about this, though I can't promise you will get a helpful answer. Failing that you will have to submit your podcast from scratch as a new one - you will need to change the title slightly or you will be told it has already been submitted.

Thank you for your response. I definitely do not have any sexually explicist or racist podcast. However, the last podcast added to the account was in August 2012. So it has been a few months... Could that also be the reason? I send them an email now and will update this post to say how my prob would be fixed.

They have said that failure to update for a time can be a reason for removal, but they're not consistent about that - my podcast is still there and hasn't been updated for over three years. I hope you will be able to get it reinstated.
