Lion Server - VPN Error

Hi All,

I am running Lion Server and trying to get VPN services working. When a user tries to connect I get the following error messages:

IKE Packet: transmit success. (Phase1 Retransmit).

IKE Packet: recieve failed (malformed or unexpected cookie).

Any ideas how to rectify this issue?
