Voice interupting every song

I recently synced my ipod and it didnt have this problem. Today I turned on my ipod and the screen was flipped upside-down. Of course syncs always have updates and I thought it was just an update. I disregarded it and tried to play music. Keyword there TRIED. I have descovered that not at the begining of every song this stupid voice interupts the song and says the song and the writer and then reads every single playlist I have which is terrible because every artist I have has a playlist. I have no voice-overs turned on and ive tried reseting the settings (which did flip the screen back). But NOW the voice interupts pretty much every 10 seconds. Its getting really freaking annoying and I have no idea how to fix it...
