Feb 19, 2013 12:18 PM in response to sigby seventhjuly,Yes, I meant Message - my bad.
My account is not enabled, because the error is that I can't log in - so I don't even get the chance to enable my account. When I try to log in it says something like this: "The server found a wrong registration. Please try again later."

Feb 19, 2013 1:05 PM in response to Eric Rootby seventhjuly,I don't think these are the the reason that I can't login, because the last two is correct - I know that. And I've never done something similiar to the first two.... And I don't know what they are, too.

Feb 24, 2013 4:07 AM in response to seventhjulyby sig,Those accounts should not say (passiv)
On the first account, is it enabled? Have you signed in?
On the other side of the window does that account appear and box checked? Is your phone number there and box checked?

Mar 14, 2013 1:23 AM in response to sigby seventhjuly,I have signed in, but I can't get the account enabled/active. That's the problem.
The account appears (but it's thinking/loading, so I can't click on the box and check/uncheck them) - and yes, the box with my phone number is checked.

Mar 14, 2013 10:00 AM in response to seventhjulyby Eric Root,Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. If Back-to-My Mac is selected in System Preferences, the Guest account will not work.Isolating an issue by using another user account
If the problem is still there, try booting into the Safe Mode. Shut down the computer and then power it back up. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the shift key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. The boot up is significantly slower than normal. This will reset some caches. Try to add the account in the Safe Mode.

Troubleshooting Permission Issues

Apr 4, 2013 9:05 AM in response to seventhjulyby timdyang,I've had this issue for a while on my 2012 rMBP and couldn't figure it out. I randomly decided to mess with it again today, and it worked when I did this:
Clear the Apple ID field. The Apple ID is automatically filled in for you, but I cleared the field and retyped my login email manually (and then the password of course).
For some reason, it works now. I'm not sure if clearing the ID field was actually the solution (I don't see why this would have fixed anything), but it's the only thing I did differently than all the previous times.
