It looks as if you've a problem with your RAM upgrade to 16GB. Which type of RAM did you use (specs and manufacturer)?

The RAM specs look right (1333Mhz) but it really seems as if there's a problem with the RAM...

Those are the correct RAM specs, as I saw from your kernel panic, but there's something wrong with the RAM. What brand is it? All RAM now usually comes with a limited lifetime warranty, so you should be able to return it... if for no other reason than to make sure that you didn't just get a bad stick.

Any or all of the following third-party system modifications may be contributing to your problem:

    Parallels

    LittleSnitch

If the panic is recurrent, I suggest you uninstall them, one at a time, according to the developers' instructions, to see whether you can identify which one is at fault. A conflict between modifications may be involved. Reboot and test after each uninstallation.

Back up all data before making any changes.

That's fine. But if this thread attracts "me too" posts before you return to it, I'll have to unsubscribe. I can't be deluged with email notifications.

I have the same RAM and I'm also getting the same "general protection" kernel panics every day. This is the last time I use Corsair laptop RAM.
