want to upgrade my ipad to ios 5 but dont have software option in general settings

want to upgrade my ipad to iOS 5 or later but cant from general option

iPad 2, version 4.3.5 (8L1)

If you are using IOS 4, you need to connect to iTune (computer) to update software.

Update to IOS 5 or higher
