If you have forgotern the restrictions code for your Ipod and you have thrown out the computer you sinced it with how do you restart it?
You need a computer.
Connect to iTune and restore to remove restriction passcode.
Otherwise get Apple to do it for you.
You will hae to connect the iPod to a computer and restore to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes. See:
